We would like to point out that you have the following rights regarding your data being processed within the company:

Ramada Plaza izmit will finalize the requests directed at it as soon as possible and free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In the event of a cost due to the fulfillment of your requests, we may only charge you for the tariff stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board.

We may accept requests to Ramada Plaza izmit or reject it by explaining its justification and communicate this answer in writing or electronically to the requester. If the request is accepted, Ramada Plaza is obliged to comply with the request immediately as izmit.

If your requests to Ramada Plaza izmit are rejected by the Company, if you are not satisfied with the response given by the Company or are not responded to, 30 days from the date of notification and if no response is given to you You can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of the end of the 30-day period.
